We are committed to delivering premium-quality nuts and rich chocolate products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our items, we maintain strict quality and safety standards. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are food items, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product packaging was tampered with before delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (except in cases of visible damage).
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be provided as proof.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Opened or partially consumed products (unless damaged/defective upon arrival)

3. Refund Process

Once your complaint is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement will be offered (subject to availability), or
  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.


4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by courier services
  • Damage due to incorrect storage after delivery
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

Customers are advised to store nuts and chocolates in a cool, dry place immediately after delivery.

All products are inspected before dispatch to ensure freshness and premium quality. If you experience any issue, please report it promptly so we can resolve it efficiently.
